Super 8 by Wyndham North Hollywood

This was the worst. Called ahead to both hotels.com and the hotel itself was told no deposit. When we got there the guy changed his mind and said there is a $200 deposit. Needless to say despite having already paid for the room, we weren't able to stay here. They stole the money I used to pay for our room, since it was a gift card for our anniversary I guess they stole our anniversary gift then and left us outside with no car for the entire night. We had a horrible time and the staff wasn't apologetic or reasonable in any way and actually argued with me that he wouldn't rent the room out to me anyway.

Habitaciones amplias, limpias y remodeladas! Están preciosas! Desayuno pasable. Waffe, café, pan, jugos, manzana.

Horrible customer service. An overall worse stay in North Hollywood I have ever had. The roach motels placed in wvery corner tells you who frequently stays there. Plus its was so noise i couldn't get any rest.

Nice place bad area

The staff are great it's clean and a good deal. Perfect if you want to walk to liquor stores pawn shops dispensaries and smoke shops. I can not figure out why so many women in tiny outfits like standing on the street corners here but they do. Parking is unsafe although it seems that it would be as the lot is enclosed within the facility but without a gate. There are cameras but that does not bring back my lost items.

Clean great people work here but the neighborhood is rather rough with weedshops stripclubs and pawnshops scattered amongst liquor stores. Parking is within the courtyard but I did have something stolen from my car parked in the courtyard tho.

I was told I would get a refund bc I didn’t stay the last day of my reservation and they canceled my reservation and still charged me for the day I didn’t stay Very upsetting

Very nice hotel remodel room but the front desk guy was rude.

Me gustó tamaño del cuarto exacto para 4 personas tiene microondas, refri,cafetera lo necesario para algo rápido en la noche, limpieza de cuarto; desayuno incluido para niños y adultos (básico) pero para ahorrarte $ (waffles, pan, cereal, cafe, leche, jugos) y está a unos 10 min Universal fue mi primera vez y volvería sin duda xq es uno d los precios más bajos cerca a Universal y está bonito el cuarto a comparación d otros

I loved the continental breakfast items. They also had staff ready to help. My son accidentally spilled his hot chocolate. They cleaned it up fast and cheerfully. She didn’t want to accept my tip. The only thing negative is that the stairwells smelled bad. Like garbage and weed. We stayed a couple days and it was a constant smell.

I enjoyed because it was clean and it was well kept with the necessities.

I booked a room here on Expedia, I frequently use Expedia and don't usually have problems...confirmed bookings are paid in full, some hotels may require a $100 deposit for incidentals... I went to check in at 11pm sat.night. This is done by visiting the guy behind the bullet proof window. I was greeted with suspicion and apathy as the presence of working girls and their pimps began to graze the property .. this location is toxic! Although there is nothing regarding credit cards on my invoice nor online nor on Expedia .com and with the already paid I was In disbelief that I was being denied my room because I was using a chase bank Visa debt card and not a credit card! I pleaded and even suggested they charge my card $500 deposit and the attendant couldn't care less and actually the nerve to hold my id and debit card behind his protective glass taunting me for its return to me... the glass saved his neck sat night ! And worse part was he refused To give me a refund and forced me to retrieve it on my own from Expedia ? So we won't honor your booking, but we will keep the money!? Sat night 11pm looking for a hotel of course now with rates almost doubled I found lodging and paid another ride share me there.....super 8 and it's staff can blank of the blank blank for all I blank care! They are blank blank worst of all time!

Clean room, no smells or strong odor.

1 floor was broken in my room which just bothered me so much and it popped out on the edges like if it endured a lot of water for a long period of time, I had my 1 year old son with me and found a brown recluse in the room, the room was clean but the floor was a major deal breaker for me, I stayed at the Wyndham in Alhambra obviously a lot nicer they didn’t require a deposit, here they charge $200 to $300 deposit and the rooms aren’t worth that deposit honestly the area is ugly I wouldn’t have got it there if I did more research but it was a very last minute decision.
