COCKROACHES COCKROACHES COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff was nice about the refund, sort of. We were visited by our unwanted guests at 5 pm. We packed up immediately!! They gave us 100 percent back on the next day charge but offered only 20% of the current day? That doesn’t seem fair considering that we had to rebook and pay 100% for another place to stay that night. The room was seriously filthy. The bedside tables had sticky grit on them when checked in. If you are reading this, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Had a little trouble with our sink. Hot and cold was reversed, which made me think we had no hot water in the sink. Got used to that. The drain didn't work well either, but they worked on fixing that.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The tub did have some rust around the drain so it showed some age. Overall a very good place to stay and economical.

The filthiest room I’ve stayed in. The room floor was absolutely dirty. The room looked extremely old with a lot of rust, dirt and filthy spots. The bathroom was the worst. The bathtub would not drain and was filled with hair because of this. It looks like the bath tub was slippery because nothing ever drained and looks like it was never cleaned. This place is absolutely overcharges and should not even be a one star property.

The property is in very poor condition. The bed didn’t look like the sheets had been changed, fabric was torn on the chair, toilet kept running when flushed, shower was in bad need of chalking and there was a roach in the folded towel. Outside the door to the room was littered with cigarette butts. The Best Western brand name should not be on this property.

Excellent customers service, front desk and helped me check in early.
But things need to be updated in the hotel, the tub was clogged, toilet squeaked flushing, mold on the tub, the cabinet that was holding the mini fridge and the microwave the knob came off it was hard to open and felt like it was going to fall off. Carpet had burn marks from past tenant. The blinds don’t close all the way, really torn. The only updated thing was the mirror above the sink. Room was clean.
