The hotel was very nice. The only flaw would be parking is off to the sides a bit so it can be inconvenient at night when the lot is fuller.

Need free breakfast for all. Will never stay here again

Air conditioner was constantly running or cycling on and off to maintain 71°. Smoke detector was mounted over one of the beds and it had two green lights which flashed intermittently and was a distraction with all the lights out during bedtime. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan.

Our room has items left from a previous traveler, ice maker broken with only one working in the hotel. Kids running the halls at 10:30 when it's supposed to be quiet time.

Some good some bad. Hotel location , lobby, bar area and restaurant were nice. Room layout was good with separate bedroom and sitting room. But bathroom was small and not very clean and poorly maintained. Furniture in sitting room was tired and mismatched. Walls are pretty thin.

Our stay was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Free cookies when we checked in! The hotel is very large, but I still felt that parking was very easy and had plenty of spots. The pool was very nice as well! Overall great stay and would come back again.

I unfortunately forgot my wallet back home. The reservation was under my name. Luckily I was advised to move the reservation to my husbands name. That worked! Thank you HOTELS.com :) He had his ID and credit cards. Almost had to walk out and go 2 hours and half back home! The hotel was lovely, so comfortable, my little yorkie was comfortable and greeted by all the guests lol. Great coffee and market inside and awesome lounge areas to meet with friends and family.

My first stay (10 months ago) was phenomenal (customer service & cleanliness), which is why I rebooked this hotel. This time, the check-in staff was very cold and robotic; not looking at me during the process and was not friendly (it seemed like a stressful time, since there was a wedding). When we got to our room, there was a small spot of black mold in the shower and the air quality was extremely poor in the room; it seems the filter needs to be changed and everything kept getting layers of dust on it, just by sitting in the room for a few minutes, let alone how we felt after sleeping and showering here. Getting another room seemed highly unlikely. Ordered room service, since downstairs was packed. Food quality and quantity, for the price plus 'service charge' was astronomical (total bill ~$200 for 2 people). Sunday morning at 10:30am, jackhammers started. Not the same experience overall and debating if we'd rebook. Still waiting for an itemized receipt of our stay... Would recommend getting food outside of the hotel (better pricing, quality, and quantity)

Nice, quiet and clean. We were here for sports and the bed was heaven after a long day.

Loved the hotel! Joe the bartender was wonderful! Food was good too. My only complaint would be …. There needs to be more than 2 creamers for the coffee in the rooms!

The hotel itself is very modern and the rooms are beautiful. However, the restrooms were not maintained at all. Every stall was very dirty and unattended. and despite having posted notices about noise, noise continued from 8 PM until 3 AM . If you go do not get an adjoining room, you can hear every word and noise from your neighbor next-door very uncomfortable.
