Friendly, eager to helpfront desk and a very clean and quiet room. Wonderful experience.

Beautifully remodeled and clean! Comfortable bed and nice cool room with new carpet. Could use a little more counter space in the bathrooms but both bathroom and bedroom were very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to stay here. Sarah is amazing, as well!!

Great place to stay with an amazing history.

This property is an absolute gem; one the very best we have ever stayed at! The location is convenient, the service was great, it was beyond clean! We will certainly be back and we will never stay anywhere else when in Aberdeen!

The bed was great, best sleep I have had in awhile! The building is right downtown so walkable to a little shopping and restaurants. Parking was right behind the building in their very quiet ramp. They had a small selection of free breakfast items in the foyer that was a nice surprise. The only downside, even though the building is nicely renovated, the entry level has a bit of a funky old building smell, but the smell isn’t up in the second floor where the hotel rooms are.

Outside of the property is old but inside is remodeled and neat and clean. Rooms are small but comfortable.

Beautiful building, rooms are newly renovated however it would have been nice to follow the decor of the older building for nuance. Staff was friendly and rooms were well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was finding the entrance from the parking ramp. It wasn’t clear that the hotel entrance was the entrance that appeared to belong to Roma’s Italian restaurant. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

It was charming, comfortable, and quiet.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the best one I’ve ever been at. A hidden gem in the heart of Aberdeen, SD.

We were pleasantly surprised at the classy decor and fun atmosphere in the lobby!

This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean and had friendly staff.

Very clean safe area. Room was small but clean. The head of our bed was tilted down significantly. We had to put pillows between the box spring and mattress to try and level it out. Bed was way to soft, we did not get good rest.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Updated while keeping the historical theme of the building. Very nice overall experience.
