Yes, near the tired Underground, but the staff at front desk, breakfast, security, and valet made for a welcoming time. We walked from the hotel to MB Stadium with ease as well as walked the next morning to the Aquarium and Coca-Cola museum.

I would not recommend this hotel. The location felt unsafe and inconvenient, and the building is extremely old and in desperate need of renovation. The room was dirty, had visible mold, and reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Definitely not worth the price.

First and foremost the pics of the hotel are fake, this hotel and the rooms look nothing alike. I arrived July 30th the outside is filthy, sketchy and dirty. The check in was amazing Allen explained in details what the website did not. I was charged an $80 incidental fee daily along with $55 nightly valet parking fee. Outside it’s a homeless playground for blocks. The hotel patriots all looked suspect and inconveniently the ice machines are on odd numbered floors & the smell of Mary Jane filled the air in the room. I booked a king’s suite, elevators were badly kept and squeaked floor to floor. I walked into the room couch bed looked as if someone socked them fluffy. Someone has urinated in the toilet and forgot to flush, the tub needs to be replace, the AC only worked not the heat portion. On day 3 of my 5 days 4 nights stay the front desk rings the hotel room phone at 1:01am rudely inquiring about the credit card on file. I will NEVER ever book another room here again. If only I had read the reviews before I booked I could have saved myself the hassle and stress of being somewhere superbly overpriced and unsafe. Overall two thumbs down besides the young lady at the desk Tamike who’s pleasant kindness exceeded the stressful/ overpriced dump of a stay. It’s an easy NO for me!!! Save your coins please

They put charges on my account because the cleaning lady came in to tighten up while I was on a business trip and left the whole room a mess she didn’t put anything new out took the pillow cases the covers and left the trash cans on the floor I have phot proof and the door was broken at check in told the front desk and they did nothing to resolve either issue but moved my room and tried to charge me for damages that were already there

The place was overwhelmed with loiters. The information for the parking being $55 per night of not shared until you check in same as the $80 a night security deposit. The homeless population was all around and through the area. I didn’t feel safe at all & when I voiced my concern was told nothing can be done. I checked out immediately.

Overall the property was nice and very convenient. I was able to get to where I had to go easily from this hotel. The hotel was clean and quiet although it was packed. Th only thing I didn’t like was when I walked in my room someone else was already in it. I had to go back downstairs to fix the issue and was given another room that was not a corner room as I requested. Another guest had asked to be moved and whoever moved them didn’t fix it in the system. I smiled but I really wasn’t happy and I’m still not pleased that happened with just a oh she’s not mad to the person on the phone the check in person called. Just because I wasn’t showing out doesn’t mean I wasn’t mad. I had a child and my mother with me so I was on my best behavior for their sakes. I believe I should have received more than a she’s not made and I should’ve been give another corner room as requested when I reserved the room. Other than that the hotel was great and I would be willing to try again because I know that things do happen.

Well the hotel did not have our room ready which was supposed to be a king size suite but instead gave us a two bed room. The room smelt of smoke and odor ish. The toilet continued to not fill back up with water, and the shower had no water pressure as well as the shower head being loose causing it to stay down close to the wall. The key also gave us problems multiple times trying to get into the room.

I recently stayed at The Connally with my daughter to see Beyoncé .The front staff were really nice and helpful. The valet workers were also very friendly. You can tell that the hotel is older but is updated. The rooms could use a little updating. Some of the furniture is chipped and the mattresses could use an upgrade. The neighborhood around the hotel is not the best. It’s across from the MARTA station and there’s a lot of unhoused people in the area. It was about uncomfortable for my daughter and I. I don’t think I would stay again just based off the neighborhood.

This experience was completely unacceptable. We booked a room with a city view and were given a room that faced a blank wall. We politely asked to be moved. The second room we received smelled musty and like stale cigarette smoke. There was no mattress protector, and instead of a fitted sheet, a loose linen was just draped over the bed. To make matters worse, there were long black hairs all over the bedding. It was absolutely disgusting. We went to the front desk, showed the manager photos, and asked if this was the standard. He agreed it was not. However, rather than resolving the issue, he offered to refund us and check us out. We asked if we could be moved to another room. The third room they gave us was under maintenance. When we walked in, we were greeted by large industrial fans clearly being used to dry out water damage. That room should never have been offered to a guest. At that point, we were done. We checked out at 10 PM and left without staying the night. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. A hotel should never operate like this, and we will not be returning.

That being said, the staff was super friendly. Valet was quick, efficient, and helpful. There was always security placed at the doorway to the hotel. Even walking with my daughter to the corner store to get drinks and snacks (the small store in the hotel was running low) we didn’t feel unsafe thanks to extra security but realized the security was there for a reason.
