Check in super slow. Staffs kinda rude. They’re not smiling and they don’t feel accomodating. Rooms dirty, we got candies on the floor and we don’t even have candies with us. Stains on the lamp, AC I don’t even want to touch it.

The property was beautiful, loved the pool and palm trees. Easy access to everything, UCSB was 8 min. away. The only silly thing was charging to park at the hotel, 20 a night. Loved the air freshener .

Overall the hotel is nice, clean and has all the basics, would I stay there again? Yes! I say this because every hotel in Santa Barbara is so expensive, this was the priced hotel amongst all the others.

The hotel room showed some signs of wear but was very clean. Close to attractions and easy to find

Front desk was very nice, we were told that Engineering needed to change filters in AC unit- they never showed up and AC had a loud noise all night since filters had been removed. I asked front desk three times. For the price- disappointed

Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The pool and grounds were very nice, great to spend the afternoon.

Air conditioning did not work; shower head sprayed water upward; dirty bathroom

Most hotels (even expensive ones) look the same. If I’m honest, I’m bored of that and wanted a more unique, family-friendly experience, We definitely got that. As we drove up we were greeted by an airstream camper, yard games, and classic car. That set the tone for the rest of the hotel … a mid-century vibe with a modern twist. It’s probably not for everyone, but everyone in my family enjoyed our stay and we hope you do too!

Close to airport. Friendly service. Expensive for late check in time and very early departure to airport, so I was surprised to also be charged $20 for parking overnight. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Pretty pool area, though we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the amenities.

Family and pet friendly with a fantastic swimming pool, and good bar and restaurant on property. Will definitely stay again! Nice rooms, clean with good soundproofing. We loved it.

My husband and I stayed at The Leta Hotel in Goleta, CA on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 to get a fun head start on an extended weekend. We were scheduled to fly out of Santa Barbara Municipal Airport at 5:50 AM the next day, Thursday, 26 June 2025 and thought that staying at a Hilton close to the airport would provide us with a relaxing and comfortable night's rest before a very early morning and long travel day. We couldn't have been more wrong. I have never felt that I had to complain about a Hilton property and I have been a member for years. However, I must report this experience. We arrived late in the afternoon on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 and began our check-in with Mina (or Mena). She was very friendly and all seemed fine while she took our credit card for the transaction until she said, "We have you in a Parlor Room with a sofa bed and a roll-away". My husband was dumfounded because he made a reservation (confirmed reservation) for two queen beds (no king beds available). He asked her to repeat what she said, and we still couldn't believe our ears. I have never heard of a "Parlor Room" No bed? A sofa bed and a roll-away? Mina said that they had some rooms that the A/C was not functioning, and the local university was holding registration and therefore no other rooms available. We accepted, said we would look at the room, and off we went. The room was a regular sized room with the sofa bed opened, and a roll-away bed. I laid down on the sofa bed and it was awful.

Hotel was a cute boutique style with a restaurant on site. The staff was courteous and professional and the location was conveniently close to UCSB.

All staff was super friendly.
