Comfortable, clean

The hotel was fine and comfortable. The breakfast was awful. We couldn’t pre order breakfast for the morning. Then the avocado toast showed up 45 min late and we nearly missed our train. Oh and two orders of avo toast was over 100$ and incorrect. I was double booked by the Expedia app and charged 580$ twice. When I complained of this, they returned 100$ of it. Expedia cremated me 30$ a day for “resort fee” then the hotel did the same thing when I checked out. That’s another 240$ on top of the 1100$ that should have totaled less than 600$.

Very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, beds and rooms were comfortable and very quiet! Staff was very friendly as well! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to DC

Nice hotel!

Beautiful hotel and room was wonderful

The 5 star ratings are misleading. From the moment I walked into my room, I regretted booking a stay at the hotel. Pros: The staff was friendly and welcoming. Cons: Dirty elevators, sticky floors, and no face towels in the room. I couldn't wait to leave and was very disappointed with my experience.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was top-tier. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and super helpful — they really made me feel special during my birthday trip.

Hotel was beautiful. Enjoyed the luxury bath and body products provided. Lots to do and see within the hotel and surrounding area. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again.

All of the staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Mr. Franklin who helped my party with their bags.

This property only have valet parking for $65 overnight that was very dangerous on a Main Street.

Great property, great location, wonderful onsite restaurants!

The property was gorgeous, it had everything I needed for my stay. The food at both restaurants and room service was amazing. I spent my birthday weekend with great service at The Morrow. I can’t wait to visit again.

My stay at The Morrow Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The location is ideal—centrally located in the heart of NoMa, with easy access to the Metro and nearby restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby and common areas are stylishly designed with a modern aesthetic, creating a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. My room was clean, quiet, and beautifully furnished, with comfortable bedding, ample space, and great city views. Overall, The Morrow Hotel exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting DC.
