The Wall Street Hotel

There was no special VIP Expedia perk which was disappointing since it said I would receive something at check in. The hotel though is beautiful and very clean and in a great location for exploring the downtown area and Brooklyn.

Excellent hotel, best I’ve stayed in New York Great customer service , travelled with a 7months old baby Bianca at reception was super kind and helpful , accommodated us in a great room in than 10 min of arrival and everything got ready within 15min or so . Super efficient Would love to come back again

Another great stay, thank you to everyone who looked after us . A special mention that the doormen were so helpful and friendly . Room was immaculate . Food in the bar was delicious

The quality of the room was superb - well furnished and equipped with lovely Le Labo bath products and a very well-stocked and reasonable (for NYC) bar and snacks. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet considering how central it is. Great for ferry to Brooklyn, exploring Downtown, and connections uptown. I'd definitely stay again.

Our second time staying at the property and it was as excellent as it was the first time. Service, food, rooms, all of it! Highly recommend. Thank you. Couldn’t have been better taken care of.

First, staff isn’t friendly, welcoming and we had a few issues with the receptionist misinformation us. One of them told us that the restaurant was closed during lunch but we clearly saw people eating. After having asked the waiter, there was no closing whatsoever. Very annoying as we lost one hour of waiting for nothing and looked like she didn’t want us there, we told her earlier in the morning (7am) that we wanted to eat for lunch just before our flight. When asking for a cab to the airport, the same women, told us not to stress about timing, mentioning no traffic and so on, while having and international flight we actually almost missed it due to her carelessness to order a cab when we asked for it. Even the bellman told her to hurry. Secondly, issue with the hot water 2 times in a row very early in the morning. And then I saw a disturbing “booger” on my bathrobe when I came back in to my room late in the evening. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay, breakfast in bed was ok nothing crazy.. mocktails at the bar too.. too bad.

Great property in the heart of the financial district. Super clean, comfy beds, nice lounge and restaurant onsite. Will definitely stay again.

Probably the best place Ive ever stayed in NY. Staff was excellent, service, room, etc. it was wonderful. Had drinks in the beautiful lounge… it was a great stay.

Eddie the doorman remembers me, the staff is cheerful and efficient and the room never disappoints. The bar and restaurant are great too. It’s a nice boutique experience whenever I stay there

We had a wonderful time here this past weekend. We celebrated my husband’s birthday. The hospitality was superb, food delicious, bed amazingly comfortable and shower excellent. This will be our regular spot.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel to celebrate a 40th birthday and an engagement. The decor is tasteful and high-end. Super service throughout. Some delicious cocktails in the lounge! The location is perfect for walking to Brooklyn/Dumbo, water taxis around Manhattan, subway for Uptown etc.
