Tween Waters is a one stop shop for everything you need when going to the beach for a getaway. We had winderful restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were great and took wonderful care of us. The beach was 20 steps from our room and the pool was a refreashing treat afterwards.

Overall stay was nice. But I would not go back just because I felt the dining options were very limited and overall very expensive. The bathroom water pressure was awful. Oasis bar was nice and in particular Brian was a great bartender. He made great drinks and was very personable. Enjoyed sitting at the pool bar and talking with him. Pool was also very nice. Would like more music.

This is a nice place. Not 4 diamond be very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pools are nice. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular. The food was 5 star and the bartenders, Brian & Issy got 5 stars also. They still have work to do to recover from the past storms so there are some things that still need attention.
I would recommend staying there.

Both beach and pool are just steps away from the room. Room was super nice. The outside of the building could need some TLC. A shower near the building to wash off sand from the beach would be helpful.

Simply Paradise. Loved the easy stroll to the gorgeous beach. Great view of the Gulf from our balcony. Small kitchenette was great way to save on breakfast and lunch. Our best meal of the week was at the Old Captiva House - mere steps from our room. Took a complimentary kayak paddle and saw a mother manatee basking peacefully at the water’s surface. Our AC unit developed a leak that was promptly addressed by management. To sum up, Tween Waters is a quaint property with lots of amenities located in an idyllic setting. Looking forward to returning.

Nice place to enjoy the American Gulf. Hotel staff is efficient and courteous. On site restaurants are good and there are several choices. Beautiful sun rise and sunset seen at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Tween Waters. However, I was disappointed in my room. The bathroom really needs a major renovation. When turning on the shower, it felt like the fixture was going to come out of the wall. Additionlly, the towels are paper thin. The room itself needs an upgrade as well.
The pools were nice and there are plenty of chairs.
The food was excellent and the wait staff was very pleasant.
They could use a little ice cream shop. I've seen them at other resorts and they're delicious and fun.
Just one more thing...I did not care for the young women who checked me in. She rushed me and her directions were not clear.
Overall, I had a great week and will come back but will request one of the other buildings for my accommodations.
