I booked at the last minute and was fortunate to get an excellent rate. By far the best value for money I’ve experienced over many years in visiting NYC. Convenient to everything midtown, the Warwick is beautifully appointed and maintained, and my room was very spacious with the tech conveniences I needed. Great breakfast restaurant and bar for the evening, awesome people. I would happily stay again.

What a wonderful stay. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was outstanding. An unexpected upgrade, the kind, friendly staff, and a gorgeous, spacious room made our visit so very special.

Hotel rooms were under construction. Although our room was comfortable, construction started at 9 and ran throughout the day. Would have appreciated if hotel staff placed us in a room not immediately adjacent to the construction.

Properly is worn down and pictures are not representing the current state of the property/ rooms/ bathroom. I searched on hotels.com for a property for 3 adults and from the results I booked Warwick hotel. As there was a mention of a sofa it was not clear if that would be the bedding for the 3rd person, I sent a message to the hotel that we need an extra bed set as we are three adults. I never received a reply netheir a confirmation. When I got to check in I asked for that extra bed and they replied: in the US you book a room not per persons so there is just one king size bed! Please note that we booked a 60sqm 1-bed suite big just any room. So he insisted that the booking was for a king bed regardless of the persons we searched for. And I asked why wasn’t I informed? Especially after I specifically requested an extra bed and in my booking it said 3 adults? No reply no justification just the option to add a roll on bed for 50 dollars per night which I had no option but to accept. And even following this complaint and request for a justification the manager decided not to waive this extra amount…
