Nice and spacious room. Suitable for families with young children because there is room to wash and make milk. The hotel provides an extra baby crib for you. Friendly staff from the moment you get off the car. However, the breakfast was pretty bad. Hope the hotel improves further. Housekeeping service is not complete, not neat and tidy. I have a newspaper to clean the room, but when I come back, there are some things that are still messy, the blanket in the baby's crib is not folded. Bed sheets are dirty but not changed.

Convenient location for commuting, good restaurants right next to the hotel. The family arrived early, so the hotel supported check-in 1-2 hours earlier, the staff was very enthusiastic & hospitable. Just need to improve the variety of breakfast food, I'm very satisfied 👍

Checked out one day early due to no sleep whatsoever - directly over the road from the hotel is a club that plays the loudest Vina-House till around midnight. My room was actually shaking to the beat. Then when the music stops, the local store venders commence Karaoke till 5am.
When I spoke with reception, they explained this is an ongoing problem, but didn’t want me at all on my arrival and yet still put me in a room they know has major sound issues.

Service is great and helpful. Breakfast buffet has good variety.

The noise with the karaoke/disco on the beach across the road from 8pm to midnight “every evening” was the negative for this hotel. To the point where the Manager moved us from a beackfront suite with a balcony view to a room at the back - but this did little to help the noise level. Not the fault of the hotel owner, but a lack of coordination between the issuing authority who permitted this incessant noise and appears unwilling to work with hotel staff after receiving many complaints from irritated customers. My husband and I stayed in Hoi An for 5 nights to get away from the noise. Not the relaxing holiday we were thoroughly looking forward to - especially following my treatment for cancer last year. Sadly this holiday turned into a nightmare for us.
The hotel is otherwise a nice place with all amenities.

I have been staying at AlaCarte since 2016. It’s my go to hotel in Da Nang. It has an excellent location, service and facilities. Unfortunately this trip did not live up to the usual high standards I am used to. The staff appeared stressed and occasionally rude. The facilities are beginning to look tired. Our room was not serviced until very late in the afternoon or after we requested it. The buffet breakfast seems expensive when not included in the hotel price.
The location still stands, it’s brilliant for a beach holiday. The rooftop pool and bar is what makes this place special.

Overall stay was very enjoyable but a few things were not ideal. Location and beach views were great but rooms facing the water can be quite loud overnight due to late-night music from clubs on the beach. Breakfast choices are excellent. The hotel allows group dance classes to overtake the pool area which was a negative as it blocked the use of the pool and bar during the peak part of the day. Check out process is unreasonably slow. Plan on extra time to check out because the room must be inspected before you can complete check out.

Hotel is well located, right across the road from the beach. We had a beach view apartment with great views up and down the coastline. The room was on the larger side, with a small kitchenette. Although too cold for me to swim, the rooftop, infinity pool, bar, and restaurant area upstairs was superb. With fantastic views out towards the city. The breakfast buffet was good, but not my favorite we had in Vietnam. Short Grab ride to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha, and the Dragon Bridge.
1 point to note when booking on the beach side. There are two bars opposite on the beach, playing extremely load doof doof music until very late at night. Obviously this is out of the control of the hotel, but something you may want to consider if you’re a light sleeper wanting a beach view.

Absolutely loved our stay and the onsite spa and rooftop pool/restaurant area had one of the best views I’ve seen. The rooms were spotless and serviced daily with complimentary coffee and bottled water. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two full bathrooms, kitchen and balcony off the larger bedroom. The breakfast had a wide selection of mostly Asian dishes, fresh fruit, assorted salads, desserts, custom noodle and egg station as well as fresh made pancakes and waffles. The beach is located across the street and I walked it for miles. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Went to the steam room and sauna infused with essential oils located in the spa and really enjoyed it. There are tons of restaurants and a few grocery stores just down the street and a mall and many big markets. Located close to Dragon Bridge and outdoor market which is a short Grab ride away. Purchased many items from the hotel souvenir shops at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this property!
