I gave the keys to receptionist at 8 am to go out for my breakfast. I didn’t say anything about “ check out “ but receptionist was so rude when they asked me “ check out”. How can you say to customer when they just give the keys when it’s not the time to check out yet? They didn’t check the room probably before we came and one water bottle had opened in our room. If we don't know that and noticed to them then we had to paid for the bottle that we never used.
