We rent a double room with 2 beds, so it feels a bit tight but go out all night to sleep so it is okay, the hotel is clean and comfortable :)), the receptionist is gentle and enthusiastic. Please help ạ

Bad service The staff didn't smile, didn't say hello. Thank you. It was difficult to communicate. Can't use English when checking out. There is extra water charge. I didn't give a notice in advance when checking in, though it should normally be the service of the accommodation or free from my previous stay. The hotel is convenient for getting to the center of the sea around the full shopping area with mini mart right at the hotel and around. Rooms are small but clean and fully equipped. But the room does not have a very noisy sounding room next door or hallway of guests listening very loud and noisy and right in my room 1 floor is being repaired so it is very noisy in the early morning only the staff left very much ok
