What an unpleasant experience. Rooms are ok. But the problem is in the hotel owner/uncle. I booked a good price because the hotel participated in the promotion of the app. But when I came to stay, the owner kept repeating the problem of the price of the room when I was just a tenant, how much to pay without missing any money, while it was the problem of the hotel with the app that kept asking the app to force the price. this user. Utilities, the rooms still have refrigerators and kettles but my room doesn't while on the app it says yes but it's not a problem so I didn't ask. During our stay, we were psychologically old, so we didn't go out late until 10 o'clock and already went back to the room. We also asked him if he could go one day and also informed him about the time of his return, but the next day, he seemed to say something like "we'll only come back after 1 o'clock", the next day we also kept the idea of returning at 10 o'clock. I saw the hotel closed. In general, tourism is closed at 10 o'clock, so there's nothing left to do. The culmination was that on the day we checked out at 9am, he knocked on the door and told him to check out early while the deadline was 12am with the reason for early check-in. We didn't at first because we had to pay at 12 o'clock, but then we also told him to pay early at 11:15 for the cleaning uncle, which he told us, verbatim, "just a bargain". I feel like spending money to rent a room is like asking for a room.

Mình đã có kì nghie tết tây 5 ngày thật tuyệt vời. Chủ khách sạn thân thiệt , khách sạn sạch sẽ đủ tiện nghi,… giá thì rẻ khỏi bàn còn thêm vị trí gần biển. Sẽ quay lại nha mọi người.

giá phòng cũng không quá đắt, cô chú siêu dễ thương, thân thiện, các dịch vụ khá ok. Khách san cách biển tầm 2km đi bộ khá gần.

Impressed with the enthusiasm of the hostess, the room is cleaner and more pure than on the photo. The owner also rents motorbikes for 100k/day, cheaper than usual. Overall, for this price, the service is very good.

First time traveling to Da Nang with my family, it's lucky to book a hotel room that is so satisfying. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, also near the beach. The aunt and uncle are very gentle, enthusiastic, hospitable, especially very good at English 😍. You should come.
