- Scheduled Speedboat Transfer: Please note that we offer a complimentary speedboat transfer from the city centre in District 1 and District 2 to the resort. The speedboat transfer to the resort takes approximately 25 minutes. *Boat schedule
- Resort – District 1 and District 2: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, and 5:30pm
- District 1 – Resort: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 6:00pm - District 2 - Resort: 10:07am, 12:07pm, 2:07pm and 6:07pm
- Pick up point: * Saigon Waterbus Station, Me Linh square, 10B Ton Duc Thang street, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, HCMC. * Binh An Waterbus Station, Street 21, Binh An ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Remark: The shared boat reservation is subject to availability and required to book 24 hours in advance
- Child Policy: Children aged 12 years old and above are considered as adults.

* From 6 to 11 years old: Half of charge
- Extra Bed Upon Request: Surcharge of VND 1,400,000 per night per person. The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Extra Person: Kindly be noted that your booking is confirmed with the number of guests as above. As per standard number of guests per villa, we are not able to accommodate extra person. For that reason, an additional charge for extra guests will be applied and settled prior to check-in.
