Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. but when I arrived at the hotel it was 6:00 p.m. and I still hadn't checked in yet. The staff was irresponsible. Before arriving, I called to inform them that I was about to arrive at the hotel, but when I got there, no one answered the phone. There was also no apology to the customer.

Lack of guidance from staff when checking in. Called back and forth for a long time before answering. Staff behavior was boring The hotel did not have an iron, when I asked to borrow one, they said there was none. The room did not have air conditioning, it took a long time to cool down.
