We had an amazing stay at this apartmentel. We even considered renting it long term! It is beautifully decorated and clean, and has all the amenities for a short or long term stay. - There is an on-site pool and gym, and the view from the apartment is nice. - There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's just a short taxi ride to the city center. - Thao Dien village is where many expatriates choose to live, for its charm and convenience. Our host was very communicative and helpful as well. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Good choice to stay in this apartment *Location: Just 1 minute to go Vincam Megamall, 5 minutes to go Landmark 81. * House with good furniture, very clean, comfortable. * Personal things: toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel ... have brand name. Blanket, drap is quite clean, carefully wash with downy scent. * Price: competitive & attractive to others. Cheapest price in this around Thao Dien, but high quality, be worth to stay. ***Host - Hoang: friendly, prompt support, also gives good advice for some entertainment location in HCMC.

Facility is a bit old. I like my room with windows and a balcony facing to garden, with birds singing in the morning. Breakfast is not really decent.

A bit overrated. It's in a quiet short blind alley that got locked after 11pm for securities reasons. It's a bit inconvenient when you got to phone a receptionist to open the gate (it 's their duty to do so). The walls between the rooms are not thick that you could hear what people talk on the corridor. In general, it 's okay but the room rate did not match the facility.

Room is small and dirty. It does not look like in pics. I am so disappointed. This is my first time and the last time in here.

Room does not have toilet paper. There is no drinking water. There is no cup to brush your teeth. Go down to the reception to borrow a glass of water temporarily to use. Ask to buy drinking water in the hotel but not available. Must go outside the store to buy drinks. Guests are dehydrated on the morning of the 2nd day of the holiday. When I woke up I did not go to the toilet, brush my teeth, wash my face and I had to change hotels.
