Arrived at 5 pm local time and it was a rainy evening. There's a bahn mi place just right beside the hotel entrance. It was tasty. The location is strategic to everywhere. The ATM just across the hotel. Beside the Bahn Mi stall, there's a 24hrs convenient store. All the staffs are so helpful and nice and they speak English. The breakfast menu are various everyday. One thing hardly to forget is the smells of the hotel lobby and entrance, also a small bottle of cold chamomile tea as a welcome drink. The room is clean and tidy also they use an eco friendly packs for amenities. The water bottle compliment came in glass bottle. Very thoughtful of you and we will surely come back here.

The first night was unstable, the mattress in room 205 was broken and I couldn't sleep, the room next door was full of arguing and cursing until morning. Asked to change rooms, agreed then said there were no more rooms when I was packing my luggage and going out the door, gave the room card to another room and said there were new guests checking in. I couldn't sleep all night until the next morning when I changed rooms.

:)))) extremely dirty, looking at the toilet makes me want to go in, the staff is friendly but can't make up for the quality of the hotel. n old but n terribly shabby :)))))))) in general, I'm AFRAID
there won't be a second time
the reception space is tiny and there's also a massage room that looks like a thunderstorm

My stay at the Asian Ruby Hotel was a mixed bag, but the location is definitely its strongest asset. Being centrally located made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and get around.
However, other aspects of the hotel were just average. The breakfast offered a basic selection but wasn't particularly memorable. Similarly, the cleanliness and the available facilities were acceptable but could use some improvement.
Overall, if a prime location is your top priority, the Asian Ruby Hotel is a decent choice. However, for a more comfortable and well-rounded experience, you might want to consider other options.
