Room compared to the price is too cheap when traveling season. Book through the app upon arrival only knows the hotel has not been noted, but fortunately there is a room & in return, the receptionist is happy and enthusiastic. Room soundproofing is not good, at 3 am every morning about 6:30 am to be awakened because it is too noisy. You can't bake for 1 day 😢

Smaller room than the picture, not good soundproofing. The hotel management has very bad attitude, very disrespectful guests, not professional. Will never come back here again

The manager spoke with his mother's voice, the room is not the same as the picture, when he came to not clean the room, at the time of paying the room, he did not pay the customer again :) not coming back

1. Too bad, can not open the door when we out and back because the system management is too bad. 2. Staffs are not professional, don't support to clean the room everyday. 3. The door of balcony can not be locked and we noticed to the reception staff but they don't fix during 2 nights we're staying here. In conclusion, the service of Aurora hotel is too terrible.

Book and transfer money in advance for 2 beds room. When the hotel said it had not received the booking, clarified with the app, the hotel reported all rooms and requests through another hotel. If you disagree, you can arrange a room for 1 bed. Check out is still not paid for the price difference. Unqualified customer service: Receptionists bring personal mood and attitude to work. The amount difference is not large, ready donation or tip for good service. However, until this compensation is received, the customer is still unhappy because he still feels cheated and despised. PS: New room, clean. Only the balcony is prone to dust due to the opposite of the building material granary.

The voucher on the app from 14:00 on December 28 to 12 on December 29 is 460,000 VND, but when paying at the hotel reception, the price is doubled as 2 days, until I give the voucher of the app, the staff said it was wrong. Other places I rent a motorbike will be calculated according to the number of days in the hotel, but in Aurora hotel, I stay only 1 day and night, but the motorbike rental price is calculated into 2 days, because there is no evidence to say About motorbike rental should have accepted to pay 200,000vnd for renting motorbikes less than 24h. On 27/12, I called the hotel to confirm the reservation and ask the car rental price, the staff said I did not know and said that I would report via zalo but I did not receive any feedback from the staff. zalo at all. I hope the hotel will improve its attitude and service to staff, clearly and transparently rent motorbike rental.
