first time I go to Hoi An Town, I picked Azumi Villa on app. When I come, I feel comfortable and receptionist awesome, kind and lovely I used Pool at 9pm, I can say to anyone It beautiful, just a little bit cold but nice

We are very contented with our stay in Azumi Villa Hoi An. Check-in was uncomplicated and friendly. There's no restaurant in the hotel at the moment, but they still take care of our breakfast. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well organized. I like their style. The Swimming pool is perfect for hot weather. The view of rice field gives a calm and relaxed feeling.

Dear Huu Huu customers, Thanks for your response! Azumi would explain your feedback as follows: 1. You check in before 14:00 hours, after checking in at the front desk, you will be informed that your room is about to finish (about 5-10 minutes will have room). 2. You move out to the pool garden area and wait to check in, then you return to the Reception area and report that your companion has an unexpected job so you must leaving and not checking in. Azumi really does not understand the purpose of your dishonest feedback for? If you only want to write to satisfy the wrong and unprofessional ego as well as the hospitality in the position of the customer, Azumi would like to inform you that it has not done correctly. Knowing, every human being has the freedom to speak his or her own opinion about an incident. But when we speak without thinking, we don't have the PEOPLE part of the word PEOPLE. It was really shocking to hear from you! Azumi also really does not wish to continue receiving your booking in the future! It is also hoped that other accommodation facilities will not receive similar MOU type responses. Sincerely greet and promote!

There have been many hotels in Hoi An but this is the hotel that I think is the best in terms of space, people and services compared to other hotels of the same price. My room is executive duluxe. The staff was very helpful, the bathroom was very interesting, the pool was clean, the room had a very comfortable essential oil, a large bed, airy space, breakfast order, but it was very pleasant. azumi gives her and her husband a sense of comfort and privacy. Everything is nice and peaceful, the staff here are nice and enthusiastic customer support. If the breakfast here is a little richer, everything would be great. Back to Hoi An again, I will still choose Azumi as a resort so I can experience it again.
