The hotel is situated about 15 minutes away from the city by bike. Its in a quiet area overlooking the mountains. We forgot the names of the lady who assisted us. She was friendly, kind and helpful. She speaks good english and asissted us in many ways. Their coffee is really good too however they don't open so early. The room is spacious and we took the room with hottub. It was amazing.

Every time I come to Da Lat, the thing I worry about the most is finding a comfortable place to rest. Luckily, a friend introduced me to Casanova DaLat. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Da Lat market and extremely close to coffee shops, Famous restaurants that are very convenient for traveling. That was the first thing I liked when I came here. Next, the most convenient thing is that the hotel has full accompanying services such as breakfast, coffee, dishes such as potatoes, dried jackfruit, persimmon... that you do not need to go to the market to buy. In particular, the hotel has an extremely good waiting room view and also rents motorbikes right at the hotel with a safe parking lot. You can rest assured that there is always a 24/7 reception. Next is Casanova which has many types of rooms for you to choose from. The room I chose for this trip is the Superior hill view, which is extremely nice and suitable for those who like taking photos like me. The room is fully furnished, the bed and toilet are very clean and comfortable (another plus point) and there is a dryer, Smart TV, mirror, drinking water... all are complete so you don't need to bring them along. Lots of things to help lighten your luggage. When coming to a hotel, the thing I need most is service quality and accommodation. Casanova DaLat has met everything I need, so I decided to write this review so everyone can have an honest look. It's the most real thing when you decide to stop here. Thank you everyone for reading this far. I hope everyone will come and feel my review to see if it's true. **One more thing to note is that the staff are extremely Cute, while waiting to check in or check out, you can invite the staff to do xz to relieve boredom. As for my sister, my cute friend Ha invited me to play with her and she got 1k right away.

The hotel right in the center has a very prominent exterior design, so it's easy to find. Convenient location to move to the night market, Xuan Huong Lake, the square, and snack places, famous restaurants... The rooms are beautiful, clean and reasonably furnished, very convenient for guests. used goods. Although the hotel has few floors, it still has an elevator for customers to use. Below is a cafe with a very Da Lat style design, very chill and soft but delicious drinks. The staff at the reception, service, rooms from top to bottom are all cute and enthusiastic. This is the tenth time I have been to Da Lat but this is the hotel I like and am most satisfied with. I will definitely come back here every time I come to Da Lat.

The first time I experienced here, I chose the attic to stay for 2 nights. The first impression is that the hotel lobby is a bit small. My room has an elevator and will require climbing about 2 flights of stairs. The staff let me check in about 1 hour early and the procedures were also quick. The room is clean, has a beautiful street view through the attic window, the room has full amenities such as hair dryer, electric kettle, hot water, minibar such as snacks and instant noodles. My favorite area is the sofa table and chairs in the attic window because it's very comfortable. I still have some issues that I'm not very satisfied with, but I still rate it 5 stars, hoping that the hotel can improve. If possible, I will still come back: 1/ In the room, there is only 1 trash can in the toilet. I hope I can put one in the bedroom so guests can use it because every time they want to throw away trash, they have to go to the toilet and it's impossible to throw away household and sanitary trash like that - 2/ Morning While sleeping, it seems a bit noisy, I don't know where the sound is coming from but it's still constant, making me feel very uncomfortable - 3/ There is no phone set up in the room so I can contact the staff. Receptionist in urgent times - 4/ Minibar set up is missing a few items that do not correspond to the list that everyone has ordered for guests to see - 5/ I stayed for 2 nights but was not allowed to fill in amentities with personal belongings, right? Walk back down to the lobby to ask *Hotel is very close to the center, people can still rent motorbikes here and get around. When I went up by motorbike, wearing a 3/4 helmet was a bit inconvenient, so the hotel lent me a helmet. I really love this part haha. When I checked in, I didn't see a fan setup, so I asked to order one to use at noon and still get support. Hopefully the above suggestions can help us fix the problem, especially the trash can. My trip was still fun and comfortable, the staff were very friendly

Casanova's lobby includes the front lobby and the beautiful view coffee area behind. The total area is 200m2. Next time you come, if you don't have a room, you can sit and chill in the coffee area. We also just ordered a trash can. We're sorry but the trash can in the room was damaged and we didn't have time to replenish it :(

I have experienced the service here many times, every time it is a great experience, the hotel is located right in the center, the price is very ok, and the rooms here are clean, spacious, Full of amenities... the staff and receptionist are very enthusiastic, and attentive to every bottle of water, every folding of blankets, blankets, pillows, even the floor in the room is very clean... when we leave the room went out, and after coming back everything was as neat and tidy as when we first checked in... Especially the plus point here is that the view from the front room or the back room both have beautiful views, and more below. The ground floor has an additional cafe counter and a super virtual live check-in view. In general, the services here are too complete, so every time I come to Da Lat, I often stay here, sometimes I go up to play, up to I don't want to go anywhere else in the room, because everywhere is a relaxation corner, everywhere is a virtual living corner... And I will give another plus point, the toilet is quite spacious and clean... Overall, I will come back. Da Lat, I will definitely choose this place again.
