Great hotel, clean, close to the sea. When checking in, she told me to check in for a larger room than on weekdays, so there was an empty room. One thing to note is that the hotel has a TV but it cannot be turned on. There is feedback with the hotel but still no adjustment.

Vừa bẩn vừa xấu, thái độ nhân viên cực kém. Mình có book trước mà khi đến đợi 30p không có nhân viên ra làm việc. Điều hoà thì hỏng. Ôi dồi ôi. Trải nghiệm tệ nhất mà gặp phải khi đi du lịch

Cavilla Hotel & Apartment is a very nice and in a quite neighborhood but in the center of everything. Accessible using Grab. Our room was spacious enough for the two of us, providing a simple yet comfortable space for a good night's rest. The only hiccup was the non-functional TV during our stay. Hopefully, they'll resolve this issue for future guests who enjoy television during their downtime. On a brighter note, the hotel features its own restaurant where the cuisine is excellently prepared by the host—definitely a must-try. This hotel is budget-friendly and our experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located near the sea, but the service does not seem to be very good because there is no 24/7 support person. if you have an early flight the next day, it's better to inform the hotel in advance so that you can get the right support because the front desk is not yet empty even at 8am, and it is very difficult to contact towel. the room has quite a few corners that are not clean nma overall is fine.

Mình thuê 2 phòng ở 3 đêm nhưng nhân viên chỉ dọn 1 phòng mà chỉ dọn khi mình gọi điện complain, Đêm cuối cùng nhân viên kéo bạn bè đến tiệc tùng đến 2-3h sáng ở ngay phòng đối diện phòng mình Mình nghĩ app nên cân nhắc để khách khác không rơi vào hoàn cảnh như mình, mình chưa bao giờ ở khách sạn nào dịch vụ lại tồi tệ đến như vậy
