Nice room, good quality. Full furniture. Suitable for short trips. However, the elevator is slow and loud.

the room is ok, large, big bed, but everything from the front door and balcony is really dirty, I booked the view with balcony, but the balcony is really dirty, Can't open the balcony door, The toilet smells from the drain, and the water flow is very weak. The guy on duty here doesn't know if it's the owner, or just on duty, I don't know, I just asked on something and saw that he was a bit stuck, but nothing until, less than 12 o'clock, he knocked on the door to remind him to pay 😡 for example approx. It's okay to remind me at 12:10 if I don't see myself paying, over here at 11:55, I knocked on the door to remind.

I've been to several Cozzzrum branches in SG, and this is the worst branch I've ever stayed at. 1. when I arrived to check in was at 2:15, but the room was not cleaned yet, I had to drag down to find the housekeeper to change the room, it didn't take much time but I was very tired at that time but had to climb up and down for a while. can check in :( 2. old room, very bad moldy walls, very dirty bathroom, standing water stains are not cleaned, bathroom floor has black stains, toilet wall is not cleaned thoroughly, has a bad smell light, water is not hot 3. the shelf right at the air conditioner is covered with thick dust (although I don't use this compartment, but this location is right in the air conditioner, the wind will blow the dust all over the room) 4. old sheets, with black streaks , yellowed 5. night light is also full of dust 6. room for two people but only 1 pair of slippers 7. air conditioner remote runs out of battery, too cold to increase heat, can't even heat up 8. sleeping until 3 am, air conditioner turned off by myself, it was too hot so I woke up, the remote didn't eat, I had to go down to find the housekeeper to help, it seems that the air conditioner switch was off - but at the beginning of the night I turned it on bth why did it turn off at midnight? 9. the worst thing is that the lock is hard to use, This is the second time I have a problem with the lock in Cozrum, but the first time I ignored it, the second time I was very upset because I was tired from going out, but it took about 10 minutes to open the door with the help of the housekeeper ( had to use the key and use very strong force to open it - extremely inconvenient for me) 10. There was no dryer in the room, had to go down to the counter to borrow the plus point that the central location was convenient, the housekeeper also worked hard. Help me turn on or off the air conditioner or the door can't be opened

Nhận phòng nhưng mùi khá nồng, không biết là mùi dọn phòng hay bị móc nên mới bị. Mình có yc đổi thì nhân viên báo sáng mai đổi nhưng xong lại không thấy phản hồi gì lại. Mình mang theo khăn cá nhân nhưng cô dọn phòng lại lộn và lấy để đổi. Khăn khách sạn thì có mùi. Được là tv khách sạn có kết nối YouTube và Netflix.

khách sạn phòng ngủ thì ok, n mà toilet quá bẩn và hôi, vết ố đen vì ẩm mốc còn có cả tóc trong phòng tắm không có nước nóng để xài, không có máy sấy tóc, phòng 2 người n chỉ đưa 1 khăn tắm, lễ tân thì không nhiệt tình, thờ ơ với khách, thấy khách mang nhiều hành lý cũng không xách giùm, đề nghị nên cải thiện nâng cấp

phòng ẩm móc có mùi, wifi rất tệ hầu như không dùng được

The room is same as photos, decoration is cute, price is acceptable, but a bit old and some place in the walls has been spoiled. No hot water and the wifi is really weak even can not be connected (I was staying at 5th floor). The TV does not has any channels.
