The vacation here was wonderful. Great breakfast service. Cleaning was very good (didn't clean the floor in the room, which was quite dirty) Reception warmly welcomed guests. Great food and drinks. The front lobby should be cleaned up.

The staff are really enthusiastic and polite. There is an elevator, a bathtub, and it's beautiful. The hotel is near Xuan Huong Lake, the square, and Da Lat market. It takes about 6-7 minutes by car to arrive. Cloud hunting view cafes are also close by, about 7 minutes by car from Tavi. Car rental is also available. Next time I go, I will book this hotel again.

The hotel's rooms and interior are all clean and comfortable, the reception staff, room and restaurant staff are all very enthusiastic to assist guests. It's a bit unfortunate that the breakfast buffet at the hotel is a bit limited, it seems like there are only many dishes on Sundays. I don't know why the water in my room is hot and suddenly cold. Everything else is fine, rated 5 stars 🫶🏻

The rooms are fully equipped, clean, have a view of the cage house, the restaurant staff is enthusiastic, due to few guests, the hotel does not serve breakfast buffet, however the set menu is quite good, overall the experience is good. I'm quite good

I booked a deluxe double room with balcony. When I checked in, I came out like this. Called the receptionist and was told that the room on my side with a balcony was sold out. So why don't you notify guests when you book a room with a balcony? If the room doesn't have a balcony, I book a superior room because it's cheap. Why should I book a deluxe? When the guest comes to the room other than the room they booked, they say the same thing???? Not satisfied with the service. The hotel please review this situation. Thank.
