booked Junior Deluxe Double Room 25m2 but received room was only about 20m2. When checked in, the room opposite and the house was under repair so it was dusty. Bathroom drainage is poor.

I went at the end of summer so the sun was very hot in HL, when I just got off the car, the staff enthusiastically came out to hold an umbrella for us. The staff was very friendly and welcoming even though we checked out 20 minutes late. The rooms were clean, there was a swimming pool upstairs, the hotel was centrally located so it was convenient to move around. I stayed in a room on the top floor so it was in the attic, the room was a bit small but had a cool ceiling fan, I mainly went to visit the bay so the room was okay, but if you want a bigger room, you can upgrade to a bigger room for comfort. Overall, my experience at the hotel here was quite good, I will come back next time

Booked a room for 2 days, but when I got there, the receptionist took me to the motel next door, probably because Lavender was out of rooms :((. He even said "If you stay here temporarily, I'll move you to a better room tomorrow", moving rooms is a waste of time. room cleaning time so I don't agree. The room is very narrow, not at all like the photo on the app. The experience from the beginning is not good. Advantages of being able to borrow bicycles for free

Mình cực ấn tượng với sự dễ thương và chu đáo của lễ tân khách sạn. Vị trí của khách sạn cũng rất gần với biển, phòng khách sạn sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Khách sạn có hỗ trợ dịch vụ thuê xe máy và miễn phí sử dụng phương tiện xe đạp nên du khách như mình cảm thấy dễ dàng hơn khi di chuyển. Gia đình mình sẽ quay lại khách sạn nếu có dịp đi Hạ Long lần nữa.
