Street and location are great; close to cathedral, lake and old quarter but still not as overrun as some neighboring streets. Manager and personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok; kitchen is a bit small so choices are limited. But not bad.

All room facilities are so disaster! And all online comments are fake! I read every one before booking the room but now I know it they are all new and same same comments! The room photos which are in all online channel l, are different from the real one when check-in. The bad room has a terrible smell that can not take a shower. Just only one night but it is too much for me! Felt like be tricked here! Never stay here again. I swear!

I'm sorry to hear this from you , but not sure 100 % you staying my hotel or wrong hotel . do you have any invoice to make sure are you stay at my hotel , if got I promise returns all bill for you . But we have customers service all the time there take care customers,may we know when you staying . from the day we open we welcome a lot customers but all they are happy with hotel. staff, facilities, show me your invoice, show me your room you staying i check it true or you fake ,
