Convenient location. Good service. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and warm rooms. Besides, my family's rooms were at 4th and 5th floor with a lot of packages and valise, but the porter was so nice, he helped us to bring our packages. Thank you Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 for supporting and giving us a wonderful time.

Stayed in the Royal palace hotel for 3 days over the weekend. I would strongly advise people to stay if you find that the price is agreeable. As an expat living in Malaysia I found that this was the case. The room we stayed in was spacious and convient and the toilets were of a very high standard. The staff were very hospitable. In particular Angela and Suly, they provided us with any information that we needed. They were very helpful with all general enquiries and more. The food was of a very good standard. As a vegetation accompanied by meat eaters I found it delicious. From pancakes to pumpkin soup to omelettes the hotel provided all of us with an excellent start to the day.I really enjoyed my stay there. The place is at a good point. Hanoi is like New York, using a grid system, and it was very easy to get around.Overall good value for money.

We stayed at Royal Palace hotel for 6 nights and found the staff really helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel for anybody to stay, walking distance from all attractions in the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable and really well priced. We recommend to get a balcony suite as it is a good way to relax/enjoy some privacy from the hustle and bustle from the city. The aircon and wifi is great. The staff were extremely helpful in booking activities such as Ha Long Bay and Sapa tours as well as being accommodating in every way such as when waiting to go on a trip even though we checked out at 12 we were able to leave our bags there and still come and go as we pleased from reception to relax by the fans on the couches and use the wifi until we departed for the train at 9pm (in which they had organised transport for us). Cam un :)

Cheap. Nice rroms. Rooms are very spacious with good lighting. Clean. Will have to come back and check in this same hotel. Staffs are hospitable and very accomodating. The hotel is near vital establishments like banks and restauranta. They offer tour packages. Manager is very good sir Jim.

We stayed here and found the staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough to help you. They also run a travel service and can sort out all trips transfers etc which are cheap. The location is excellent. The room was very clean with lovely special touches of flowers etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Hanoi , you will be well looked after.

Everything was great except, when in bed, you couldn't reach ANY light switch, especially night lighting. Very sound proof rooms, you still can hear a little, but when you open the balcony door, you realise just how much noise there is outside, (horns tooting)

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Dong and Huy. In a quiet street in the old quarter, but close enough to walk to all the places of interest. I booked halong bay tour through the hotel and the organization of tour was seamless from start to finish with amazing food. I was also picked up at the airport by private car from hotel US$18 which was comforting as I was on my own.

My husband & I have a very pleasant stay in Royal Palace Hotel. Our room is roomy, clean & neat. The high speed wifi connection is great. The breakfast, which is included for guests,is good & with choices. Ms Jennie, the hotel staff,is extremely helpful, considerate and understand what we need. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with the hotel & its service. I will definitely stay here again.

A friend and I stayed here on two separate occasions and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location and the staff were extremely nice. The gentlemen Jim was very accommodating and gave us several recommendations of street food places to eat at, all of which were excellent. If I'm ever back in Hanoi, this is where I will be staying.

This hotel is located in a very cute area. A lot of sights are very close to the hotel. The rooms are a bit simple, but perfect for a stay to explore Hanoi. But what really makes the difference is the hospitality of the staff. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you with everything. I loved my stay in this hotel. It made me feel as if I was at home.

I highly recommend the Royal Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! The hotel is a great value with its ideal location, impeccable service, and excellent restaurant. Conveniently located in the middle of the city, the hotel is a short distance to all attractions especially within the Old Quarter. As other reviewers mentioned, the rooms are clean and cozy; fresh towels and bottled water are supplied daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided ample choices. The hotel’s staff swiftly responded to all our requests and their hospitality made us feel at home. A big thank you to Ms. Sulli for securing our visa entry letters and arranging our tours to Sapa, Halong Bay, and Hoi An. Your hard work made our journey through Vietnam a seamless adventure! Also, very grateful to tour guides Minh in Sapa and Lucky Hoi on the Venus Cruise. Once again, thank you to the staff of Royal Palace Hotel for making our visit to Vietnam a great experience!

This is a fantastic little hotel just on the edge of the old quarter. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms well decorated with nice finishes. The staff were fantastic from the beginning. The had excellent tourist information and really good English. The breakfast had w good range of foods. We stayed here the night before and after our trip to Ha Long bay and we were able to leave a bag there that w didn't need which was really handy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a great find! Recommended by a friend and it was perfect for our needs. Worked with staff to book tours and they were very accomendating! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We booked our tours throught the hotel (Ms. Phuong Bui) and it could not have been easier. The tours were well organized and friendly as well, which shows well for the hotel-I am so glad they use good tour groups. Breakfast was really good and you could order from a menu or have cereal and fruit or both! Wonderful Stay!

Very nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Everything written on Expedia.com is right about Jennie. Jennie seems to be the manager. She really goes out of his way to help his guest.She walked me to the pharmacy to help explain what i needed for my ailments. Hotel is located very close to attractions in Hanoi. Breakfast was made to order.I recommend this property.
