Great location , walking distance to shops, restaurants and Hoan Kiem lake. Outstanding part of the hotel is the staff who are ready to serve with a big smile, always courteous and will help in any way they can.

Good location in the Old Quarter, the hotel have limitations due to its existing structure. However, it has a fantastic team of front office staff that assisted us during our recent stay, helping us in getting on local tours, recommending food establishments and sorting out airline tickets. Special thank you to Chloe and Emma for their extra efforts.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Du Lac, the room was perfect, breakfast was lovely and the staff were really nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond, including providing a room to shower and change in after we'd checked out and helping with booking trqnsport. Would strongly recommend.
