The hotel is as beautiful as expected and fully equipped. His older mother praised the bed for being comfortable. Staff friendly and enthusiastic. Will come back if you have the opportunity to visit Ho Chi Minh again.

The soundproofing of the room is not good, you can clearly hear footsteps and conversations outside. The male receptionist is not friendly and enthusiastic. I arrived early in the morning at 5am and rang the bell, but the male receptionist opened the door without saying hello or saying anything, nor guiding me to the check-in counter. When I asked, he spoke to me in an unfriendly manner, without even a smile, so I was a bit disappointed. Usually, I see other hotels that check in at 6am charge 50%, but the male receptionist said the hotel does not charge like that but charges full day, so it is a bit strange. In addition, the parking attendant, the cleaning lady, and the female receptionist at check-out were very friendly and cheerful. The hotel is very eye-catching, but the bedroom has little light, so it is a bit dark at night and not convenient for activities.

First of all, the hotel sincerely apologizes to you for the bad experiences during your recent stay. Regarding the male receptionist I mentioned, we will contact you to find out and work with you again. Regarding the room fee, maybe the staff did not explain it clearly to me, causing a little misunderstanding. Please allow me to explain more carefully. Yes, we will calculate the room fee in the following forms, specifically for the Standard class I stayed on June 4: Hours: 300,000/first 2 hours, 130,000/hour after Day and night: 855,000 (Check-in: 2pm, Check-out: 12pm the next day) Overnight: 615,000 (Check-in: 10pm, Check-out: 12pm the next day) Because my stay is short-term, we have considered between Overnight and Hour forms. That day I checked in at 6am. If calculated by Hourly price, from 6am to 12pm the price is 820,000. The hotel checked the system and realized that the Overnight price would be more favorable for me, so the staff calculated the Overnight price of 615,000, not the full Day and Night price of 855,000 as I mentioned. Regarding the issue of soundproofing and lighting in the room, this issue will also depend on the individual design and structure of each room. However, we still ask for permission to record our opinions to present to superiors. . The rule is to check out at 12:00 a.m., I check out at 12:06 a.m. but the receptionist talks and has a very unpleasant attitude. I booked a room for 1 day and only stayed from 8:30 p.m. the previous day until check out, but I didn't see any smile from the receptionist. The room is not soundproofed and is very noisy. In addition, the security guard, room attendant and cafe staff are all cute.

The room is too small, the wall is covered with cement stains, not like the photo. The sunken mattress in the middle is uncomfortable, the air conditioner is noisy, the soundproofing is poor, listening to the traffic all night. Combo can't sleep all night

The room was super small with no view (you're seeing other rooftop)-can't access outside. The bed was small + have a humid smell. Staffs are nice and friendly.
