I chose this hotel when I was on vacation for 2 days in Hue. Hotel recommended by my friend. It was really great from receptionists, lobby staff and rooms. Rooms are clean, airy, large bathtub. The hotel arranges for a double room but a large bed is enough for 4 people. Great for 5 stars.

The elevator of the hotel is hot and smelly, maybe I go during the dry season, the peak should be sunstroke, people are also more sensitive. My room is very big, there is also a living room, so it takes a long time to cool the room. Towels as well as bedspreads are very old, look to know how to use it for several years, so create a dirty feeling ak. Get the nice polite staff. In general, when staying at the hotel, the feeling of cool and clean is the most important thing for the guests, but the hotel does not create that feeling for me!

Staff is very friendly, caring and attentive. Due to the end of the twin beds, I have been very flexible to separate my bed. Room is very clean, wide, with bathtub, air conditioner running smoothly, good sound insulation, good food. All goes beyond my expectations. This hotel is in the bustling, lively West Quarter but very quiet. You can walk to Trang Tien Bridge or Huong River, about 5-10 minutes. In addition, you can eat the Little Lien rice meal right on Nguyen Cong Tru street, visit An Thuong princess government. I will stay here if I have the opportunity to return to Hue.

I booked 2 nights at the hotel. The feeling here is comfortable and comfortable. Because the hotel is located in the lane, it is quite quiet. Rooms are clean, rooms are clean. I came to send things early but I was checked by receptionist <3. Enthusiastic staff, attentive service. Especially bellman named Cuong helped me a lot during my stay at the hotel. I am here for the second time, both times I am really satisfied because the room is nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious. The first impression when check-in was very good, the staff was enthusiastic and had welcome fruit juice. However, when I have breakfast, I want to order more food with my friend, because I want to make sure that I don't eat enough to order more food, so we call in turn (my friend eats faster), then the staff says : "Sister, you have called twice already, 3 more times is called, but let me go get it". Actually, when we finished listening, we were happy, we lost all mood, it felt like the hotel thought we were going to beg for food. It is better for her to say that according to the hotel rules, the guests can only call up to 1-2 times, we will gladly accept it. I have never met such a situation in other hotels. Do not understand because the hotel limits the number of times to order or the staff is lazy to serve so say so. Hopefully, you can read this review and learn from experience to make it easier to listen to. Apart from that, everything is ok. Thanks!

The hotel is in the alley, no parking. Standard 2 * attached directly to the hotel. Rooms from the deluxe room are quite nice, with bathtub. Eat instant noodles, fried eggs, fried rice. Disadvantage when going by car because the tunnel is digging sewers, right in front of the hotel, cars have to stop the alley to collect the car 300m wide, carrying luggage (there are hotel guests). The time I stayed in Hue Serene Shining Hotel and Spa (10/6) if the sewer out of the alley to me for a long time.

Nice hotel, but a little small. The alley lead to the hotel is under constructed so it’s a little inconvenient to reach to the hotel. The staff is suddenly enthusiastic when foreign guests come in :)) they also offered juice while me waiting for my driver and help brought my suitcase to the street.
