Really nice breakfast, great gym. The elevators are annoying with a very long first elevator to get to the lobby/checkin followed by another elevator which takes you to your room. The upside is that the room is exceptionally quiet.

So lovely. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, but I will certainly miss the kind attentiveness from all the staff. Very sleek , very modern stylish and clean. The 7th floor gym is incredible.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, I was deeply disappointed by an unfortunate incident during my stay. A very precious and expensive diamond ring went missing from our room. Though I understand that such situations can be challenging, I feel it's important for the management to be aware of this occurrence. Despite reporting it, we have not been able to recover the ring, leaving us with a sense of disappointment. I hope that this feedback encourages the hotel to take additional steps to ensure the safety of guests’ belongings, so future visitors can have a worry-free experience.

The day before, I booked an Accessible room for 2,584,611 VND, after one day I booked a Premium room for 3,384,860 VND. But when I checked in, I saw 2 identical rooms with no difference, before I asked the staff if the room I booked was a premium room, the staff member said it was right, So why did I book the more expensive room? nearly 1,000,000 VND but got the same room? The beef noodle soup is not delicious, the beef is cold like being in the fridge for a long time.
