We were here earlier this month on our honeymoon trip. Room was spacious while nicely decorated with lots of roses and a surprised happy honeymoon cake from Koi, we’re heartily appreciated. Even though it’s rainy and wet, we decided to scroll around and enjoy the beauty of the resort during our special time here. Dining was also at ease, lovely pool view with reasonable tasty local dishes. A great shout out to every staff who all remained attentive, smiley and service minded til the the time we left. And especially Ms. Trang Phan - the professional Front Office Manager who extended a warm welcome to us at arrival then made sure our stay to be nothing short of perfection. Her dedicated hospitality is indeed a great highlight of our memorable time in Hoi An! Way to go Ms. Trang and Koi’s Team.

Comfortable room, enthusiastic staff. Opposite the sea, but the sea here is deep, so swimming is prohibited, you have to walk up a bit. You can borrow bicycles for free to ride around. Breakfast is quite ok, variety of dishes. Cool space with lots of trees. Free kayaking.

Nhìn bên ngoài thì đẹp ,vào trong thì hết hồn. Lễ tân không thân thiện,ko niềm nở . Ăn sáng rất ít món so với tiêu chuẩn 5* . Phòng cực kì bẩn , đã bẩn lại còn có cái bảng nhỏ nhỏ đặt trên giường (mình quên không chụp) cụ thể nội dung là “khuyến khích khách không yêu cầu thay ga giường khi mới sử dụng 1 vài lần, vì cứ giặt là sẽ tốn nước. Nên tiết kiệm cho môi trường” 🥹 có phải vì tiết kiệm điện nước quá mà resort bẩn đến vậy hay không ?

Previously, in 2019, I had been to Koi resort twice, each time was interested and satisfied. But this time back, things are very different. Rooms are not clean, smell musty. The garden is quite dirty, especially going to the spa pool to take a bath can't be used, there is no staff to take care of, the pool is full of garbage, looks like it's abandoned. Maybe there are not many visitors to use the service, but with such a number of domestic tourists on the occasion of the 2/9 holiday, it is enough to synchronize all areas, at least clean. Breakfast buffet is not as rich as before, quite limited, all fast food. Previously was very impressed with Koi because it was served with very fresh fish sashimi and sushi like at the restaurant. But now I don't have it anymore. I have dinner at the restaurant. I have a question why the service fee has to be added to Vat, but the staff can't answer. I don't think it's fair. The dish includes VAT, but the service fee plus VAT is not reasonable. Unsatisfied trip. Probably won't be back again.

Nhân viên thân thiện, hồ bơi rộng. phòng superior khá ổn. chất lượng chỉ có 1 điều là dịch vụ ở sảnh lễ tân nếu cung cấp thêm cho khách hàng 1 ly nước mát thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn trong lúc chờ đợi.
