Very bad experience. - No shampoo, toothpaste, where the hotel buys cheap stuff, so the quality is terrible. - The mattress is concave in the middle, the blanket is rough as if picked up somewhere on the street for guests to cover. It's the first time I've seen such a hideous blanket. - Receptionist is unprofessional. - the room soundproof is extremely bad, the quality of finishing in the room is extremely poor. Recommend everyone to consider when booking here.

Có 2 điều mình không thích ở đây là: 1. Cửa phòng ban công không có then cài khi mở, nên khi có gió là cửa cứ đập tới đập lui, mình phải lấy cái ghế ngoài trời chặn lại. 2. Phòng không có cách âm với bên ngoài lối đi. Còn lại thì phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát, view đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, giá cả hợp lý. Gần quán nướng Mậu Dịch nữa chứ (đi bộ 5 phút là đến). 😍

The room is nice, clean, and there is an aroma sprayer for the room. But the thing is, the toilet has a bit of a smell, so before I go, I often have to turn on the light to ventilate the toilet to turn on a little to help the smell. Hope the hotel fixes this problem, will come back 😌

rooms in the garden are very poetic, but in the evening should open the yard lights for guests to sit outside the playground. But when I lived, I didn't know who the room was, but I had to pee in the garden, a little uncomfortable, right at the hotel, and then I could be wrong. Everything else is okay, the receptionist is cute.

Clean rooms, very beautiful mountain view balcony with virtual living. The receptionists are very lovely and enthusiastic. I went to my family so sometimes I asked for this and that, but you were very enthusiastic. I have rented a motorbike in a homestay for 1 day, and the quality is reasonable. I was only a little disturbed because the hotel was a bit far from the center and the street, which is suitable for those who like to be quiet and take the initiative.
