Nice room, clean, good facilities, lovely staff, friendly maid. There is a comfortable parking space, there is a security guard to watch the car at night. Quick check-in and check-out procedures.

The hotel was nice outside but the interior of the room was old, the hand washing faucet fell off the switch, the wardrobe was not there, only the cupboard like the picture I uploaded, it was the first time I saw such a strange closet like so. The receptionist was enthusiastic and welcoming in the morning, and at the evening, he met the right and uncomfortable face. =. =

(+) Sufficient room area with utilities. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower can switch 3 modes. Everything is clean, daily housekeeping staff and attitude ok. Has a hair dryer, a full kettle. (-) The room does not have a window but it is not so mysterious, every time I go back to the room, it is cool even in the sun. Probably good insulation. Overview is satisfied 👍

Too bad and no words to describe this hotel I booked two rooms for two nights. But when you go black, you only have to fight for one night. and leave one night. because customers are too bad from the receptionist to the service staff. while I pay for the first two nights. must flee and withdraw quickly. What are the bad stars? Never return

According to the address provided, we went to the friendly karma but when contacted with the hotel front desk, the hotel in the center of Phan Thiet, costing us 210k taxi money, really not satisfied at all, looking forward to adjust back to mai dung hotel address. The receptionists are friendly but inexperienced. Advantages: newly built hotel equipment in the room relatively clean. Cons: The hotel does not have a motorbike rental service, so it's a bit inconvenient
