Really too disappointed from the luggage staff, the front desk, the housekeeping staff to the restaurant staff. On the first day of arrival, seeing guests coming, bell staff did not actively assist with luggage, our side rented 3 rooms for 3 nights, informed the front desk of our house that we needed to wash and clean the room, the laundry was enough. The room was reported but still not cleaned (as attached picture). Breakfast is not expected, but the attitude of the kitchen staff deserves 0 stars. Checking out and going home, my family found that 1 charger was missing, called the hotel again and asked, the receptionist on our side hung up the phone, told each other: "If you have a charger, you can ask, even if you see it, don't report it". Unacceptable, too bad!

Hi Ms Gia, Thank you for choosing to use the service at Mai Thang Hotel Dalat. The hotel is very sorry for your family's recent bad experience. Because she left a Do Not Disturb sign, when she asked to pick up the laundry, the staff only dared to take the laundry and hand it over to the afternoon shift at 2pm to return to the room. The receptionist informed a brother and a sister in the group about the reason for this slow room cleaning, the guest also admitted to the wrong board. The hotel regrets this misunderstanding. In the case of the charger, the staff who received the phone would confirm that they did not make such a statement, if you have misunderstood, on behalf of the hotel, I would like to apologize. We don't dare and are not allowed to talk like that. At the same time, there were also meetings to remind other departments according to the dissatisfaction that she mentioned. The hotel called to talk, but maybe because she was busy, she hung up midway. Before she arrived, the hotel also arranged to upgrade the room to a higher class so that her family could share the same floor, convenient for living without additional charge. The hotel has also tried very hard to bring the best experience to customers. Once again, the hotel regrets that you had a bad experience and also hopes to receive your understanding. The day shift is not sympathetic because I miss renting a motorbike outside ... !!! He made my wife feel like a debt bureau whenever I need to get a car !!! While protecting the afternoon, there is no such attitude !!!

I happened to be a great book because of my own business, but to the customers, I was really satisfied with the attitude of service from the security guard to see if my mother and I were carrying good things. Tan is also very cute, next time I will give priority to this hotel

Nice hotel, new, friendly, lovely staff, especially 2 siblings, making the morning shift very cute. Small but delicious breakfast food, delicious sweet and sour chicken noodle The room is pleasant but because the room 103 is close to the stairs, the noise is a little bit due to moving outside. Everything is fine, good Recommendation for your hotel stay more than homestay like me 🤣 Will be again if you return to Dalat

There is no parking space for cars, parking lots far from the hotel, the guests must walk to the hotel in cold rain, there is no motorbike to transfer between the hotel and the parking lot like other hotels. The instructor is not enthusiastic, the receptionist does not give instructions, so guests can handle it themselves. As soon as I arrived at the place where I was annoyed, I did not always check in, I accepted the loss of money and could not use such service. At least have a little enthusiasm. Very disappointing
