On the 6th day of Tet, my family went to Mui Ne and made a mistake in choosing Mandala through the photo. What a terrible experience. 5-star resort paradise??? Where is the high-end resort? It's no different from the apartment complex I'm living in. There's no parking while the land area is too large. Going to Nghi Duong is like torture, checking in without a single employee. I couldn't even carry a backpack for a baby down the car. Let alone an adult's suitcase. Food and drink are terrible, there aren't many choices. I have to say there aren't any. If you want to eat, you have to go 40 minutes away. Which resort service has guests check in at 3am? At 5am, everything from the swimming pool to the kid club is closed. The escalator to the beach is dirty. You can't turn on the fan, it's stuffy and hot. The beach is too dirty. I'm from Nha Trang and have experienced most resorts. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience.
