I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The lobby is beautiful. The hotel and restaurant staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is beautiful and clean. The restaurant is beautiful. The day I arrived in Phu Yen, it was too windy so I couldn't use the outdoor swimming pool, but it looked beautiful, the water was clear, the view was endless. The only bad thing was the parking lot. I borrowed a bike as a guest's right, but the parking lot staff didn't help me at all, telling me to do this and that as if I was going to someone's house to borrow their bike. Then when I rented a motorbike (also provided by the hotel to contact), the parking lot staff (and other staff) just sat there indifferently watching or didn't care, didn't help push another bike out so I had a place to get my bike. In the parking lot, I didn't feel like a guest, but someone who begged to use and park their bike at their house. It ruined my vacation. I still appreciate the hotel because the hotel staff explained that the parking lot security belongs to the building and not the hotel, so the hotel cannot manage them according to hotel standards.

The basement parking lot is difficult to get down to. Inconvenient for check-in area. Go to 6F to check-in and then go to the room (eg room on 18th floor). The room is like a miniature serviced apartment.

Phuoc. Enthusiastic receptionist. Helped my family check in and out quickly. Brought out water for my whole family. Helped push both large suitcases down to the lobby on the first floor and put them on the car. Very good. In addition, the breakfast buffet is delicious. The rooms are neat and clean.

The staff is very cute (receptionist Phuong) and enthusiastic. The space is luxurious and quiet. I was supported to check in early at around 10am. Any questions were answered. The cleaners as well as the gym and pool trainers all take care of the guests very carefully. It's worth trying, everyone. I booked this 10/10 room 2442. I hope the staff team will always develop like this, will come back many more times. Love u all guys.
