The road has many curves so it's a bit tiring. The space is not large but the scenery is beautiful. The toilet is very clean. The staff's attitude is okay. Many receptionists are still confused during check-in and check-out.

Extremely bad experience at a supposedly 5-star resort in Hoa Binh. - First, I made an appointment to check out at 11:30 a.m., then called a car to pick me up for lunch. I waited for half an hour until 12 a.m. and still no car showed up. I called the receptionist and no one answered the phone. The whole family had to walk in the hot sun with their feverish child to the car to eat. - The restaurant opens at 12:00 noon. When it's 12:30, there are no tables left so you have to sit outside in the 40-degree weather at noon :) (the family has a feverish child) - When you finish eating, check out and give them your card. When I reported to the staff, the staff always told her to give me her room card and didn't bother to say a word or apologize. - The bottom line is that buffet feedback is not as good as eating rice 🤣🤣🤣 If you want to order, think carefully and then come here and I'll tell you 😆😆😆 I've never encountered such a bad case. Please allow me to never come back and will give feedback to all social sites as well as foreign travel websites so people can avoid it. If you do business like this then stop it :)
