We liked the hotel's proximity to the beach. The downside is that it can get noisy in the evening until around midnight. There are a lot of vendors around the sidewalk, not sure why there are more here than around other hotels, but it can feel a little crowded in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and safe. We booked a connecting room for our family and got 4 double beds and a partial ocean view. The room was clean, simple, and had decent noise insulation between rooms. The Buffett had a large variety of options, although I usually don't have a large breakfast, so I'm not sure of the overall quality of the entire spread. I did enjoy the coffee and the egg station cook was a great guy. He remembered the style of eggs we like, and had it ready for us when we arrived. The fitness room was basic, but good enough for a light workout. One elevator was being repaired one morning, which resulted in long wait times to get around the hotel. We always felt safe at the hotel. Vietnam is a very safe country in general, so that was never an issue. For the location, I would say it offers good value. Especially for families who want close proximity to the beach and a large Buffett breakfast. There are other hotels more south of this location that are more central to the popular beach areas and with nice restaurants nearby. We really like this hotel. The staff was amazing catering to our every need. Our room was spacious. The view was fantastic. We went to the 19th floor swam in the pool. Had some beers had some pizza all wonderful. The only warning I would give is across the street not the hotel’s fault. They play very loud music till around 11 o’clock at night so it gets a little bit noisy. Otherwise the hotel was perfect and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. But really it was the staff that made that they were fantastic.

This hotel was a good value, but not accommodating. The check in and check out were a bit long and they refused to give us an extra hour to check out. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was too busy. Food on the rooftop was ok and the menu can be improved to include local dishes especially seafood. This hotel has no private beach, but the public beach is just one busy crossing across from it.

Fabulous Manager and staff. Very professional, courteous and kind. Gave me an early check in and helped with medicine. Lovely breakfast and room . Overall a lovely hotel with a great Manager who runs the hotel and team to a high standard. Sadly my only issue was the loud baseline from across the street, the hotel can’t help this .

Great location with lovely sea view from our suite 1508. Room was excellent and breakfast very good. Very comfortable bed but loud music from across from the beach means I would maybe take a side room in future but hotel is excellent. Staff lovely too. Pleasure staying.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, though a little more dated that the photos show. We enjoyed our view of the beach from the balcony. The breakfast was great and I had a great complementary foot massage. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool upstairs, though you have to get there early to get a sunlounger as there are not many! One issue we did have though was unfortunately it was incredibly loud each night in our room. Even with the doors fully closed, we could hear loud bass music from a nearby club. It did disrupt our sleep somewhat. I paid extra for a beach view but was unaware of the extent of noise we would have to be subjected to each night. Just something you should consider when booking this room, particularly if you have children. Other than this, my friend and I had a great stay at the Mandila hotel.

Convenient location to easily access to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of average quality. The main downside of this hotel is that there is loud music playing nearby which can be heard in the rooms until at least 11pm for each of the 4 nights we stayed.
