The hotel is really great. The service of the staff made us extremely satisfied, the breakfast was thoughtful and full of dishes, seasoned to taste. The location is prime, right on the street so unless you are stupid you will not see it, it is really big. The room is clean, fully equipped and very comfortable. Thank you Manoir Des Arts Hotel for making my short trip more perfect. Thank you to the staff for their enthusiastic support and always smiling at the guests.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The reception area is attentive, the room is clean, the service is professional, the breakfast buffet is quite good. I was assigned a room overlooking the balcony on the 2nd floor, which is a very cool garden. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to take souvenir photos, but when I experienced it, I guarantee the hotel is very ok. I will come back next time.

The staff were very enthusiastic, I checked in and was also offered water and cold towels. The hotel has a luxurious and beautiful space design, just like the picture. The view is so beautiful that I only took a few photos. When I arrived, the hotel also provided me with a list of specialties with addresses, so thoughtful 🥰🥰

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Even though I booked the wrong date, they still supported the guest to check in early and guided me to book a new room. The room is clean, the room is okay, the space is quiet, good soundproofing. The hotel's location is in the city center, so it's convenient to go around, the check-in parks are all close The breakfast is not diverse, just average The room price at the time of booking 8/2025 is 1.1 million

Location: near the city theater, convenient to travel to all famous places of HP, surrounded by many restaurants Interior: the elevator is a bit small, can only accommodate a few people, but that does not affect the experience Swimming pool: quite small but clean Staff: very friendly, enthusiastic, also prepared a paper suggesting addresses to experience HP specialties => highly appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hotel
