The hotel here is spacious and airy. My room was bright, had many windows, and was clean. However, it was a bit sad because there was no bustling entertainment and dining area like Bai Chay.

Điểm cộng là bác chủ tốt tính, cho check in sớm, hỗ trợ khách. Vị trí cũng khá ổn, buổi tối có đường đèn lồng khá đẹp. Điểm trừ là phòng bé, đồ dùng đủ nhưng đơn sơ, chưa dọn dẹp kỹ.

The price is very reasonable, a little advice to the landlord: The top floor is hot in summer while the air conditioner is slow to cool and there is no elevator, in general compared to such a rent is cheap!

Enthusiastic and considerate service, clean rooms, but the minus point in this resort is that the shopping and dining services are very limited, for example, if you want to drink coffee, until 7, 8am still do not have seller, minus This hotel is the air conditioning system is not properly installed, so it is not cool enough, it must increase the fan.

We stayed at the hotel not long, only in the afternoon and early in the morning. Even so, the hotel leaves a very good impression in its professional way of working. We have left the camera to store a lot of photos during the trip. Luckily, the hotel owner found it again and we went back to find it. Great and thank you the hotel owner!

Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel owner is very friendly. I have to pay the room in advance, so I cancel the reservation one day before the hotel is very flexible. I noticed that if the weekend is not booked, the room will be exhausted. A vacation with family is very happy.

We booked the room with 3 single beds. It was on the first floor, the ceiling was low that made the room look small, but it was still cozy and quite clean. The location was great with Tuan Chau Beach, Tuan Chau International Marina, Tuan Chau Park near by, the street in front of the hotel was fancy in the day and beautiful at night. The problem was that there were rarely staffs standing in the reception, so that we had to take the key ourselves all the time and of course no one would know if some strangers got in and took the keys. Also, there were two flies and two frogs in the room, I wanted to call the staffs to come and handle them but there were always no one in the reception. Even more, our room was right beside the reception so guests often knocked our door to ask to check in just because they didn't see any staffs and they thought we were. Totally, this hotel was nice, but they still have to improve some negative aspects.

The guests are located in the new neighborhood so the design is modern and synchronous, the evening is full of colorful lanterns. The hotel is only about 200m away from Tuan Chau pier, our whole family is walking to and very comfortable, so who has plans to visit Halong Bay and everything is beautiful here. This room is small and the bed is small (double bed is 1m4 only) but the facilities are good, there is a fridge, a full dryer, a very strong shower water. The owner is enthusiastic, agrees to change her room when I complain about the lock, she advises a very good restaurant for her group to eat. There was no breakfast here, but the shops were pretty good, so I didn't see any problems. I think my house is pretty good.
