The room is nice but the bathroom is old, no water barrier. You can choose breakfast in advance but it's not delicious, the next day they don't refill water for you. The staff is enthusiastic.

The villa is a bit far from the old town, nearly 2km away. Every time you go in and out, you have to take a Grab car, but it's okay because it only costs less than 20k Grab and this villa is also located on the shuttle bus route that I booked to run by, so I picked it up and paid in advance. Door open, very convenient. In my opinion, the room is relatively spacious, with a very chill sunny balcony. The equipment is complete and quite new. However, there was a slight water pipe problem that required the water to be turned off for about 15 minutes, but the villa quickly fixed it so it didn't affect it too much. The Villa also includes breakfast when booking, including cakes and fruits, regular coffee and tea, and 1 main dish (there are about 20 menu items to choose from in advance). I chose a portion of Cao Lau, quite full but the flavor was just okay.

Toilet was with some strands of hair. There was some mosquitos in toilet and bedroom areas. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Overall, our room was Deluxe Queen with Balcony with cleanliness should be done better.
