Stay in New star Inn Hotel was great, near Benh Thanh Market, post office, cathedral church even shopping center, and the room are clean and tidy the reception help us lots, and don't worry about the breakfast you can get food nearby even nice coffee, for sure will come back and it's fully recommended.

The hotel is in the center, in the old town, surrounded by many delicious foods. The hotel is clean, the owner, the receptionist, and the staff are all very cute and friendly. Next time I have the chance, I will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Dơ , cực kì kinh khủng . Phòng mình đặt 770k , vào phòng không đủ tiện ích như ksạn để . Máy lạnh , máy sấy , tủ lạnh , đèn phòng đều bị hư . Nước nóng lúc có lúc không . Dịch vụ kém . Phòng cũ cái gì cũng hư , hôi. không có chổ để xe hơi .

Mình đã có 1 trải nghiệm rất không tốt tại đây vì lễ book trước 3 ngày thanh toán trước nên là ráng nhẫn nhịn, gọi app thì nói khách sạn này có hoàn tiền, nên các bạn lưu ý trước khi book. Phòng ốc trong hình là mới sơn còn mình tới hơi cũ rồi, nhà mình có em bé nên đồ đạc hơi nhiều, lúc checkin không hề có 1 ai hỗ trợ, sau đó lễ tân kiểu không màng khách cho khoai. khách sạn gì không có bình siêu tốc, xuống mượn để pha sữa cho em bé thì lễ tân kêu không có, có mà hư rồi, xong mình phải làm căng lắm mới kiếm được 1 bình kêu xài thử đi chớ không biết là xài được ko? Còn buổi tối lễ tân gì như cô giúp việc toàn ở trong không ở ngoài, muốn gì kiếm mới ra Quá là tệ!!!
