The resort is next to the sea, has a swimming pool, although the facilities are not new, the staff are very lovely and have supported my grandparents very enthusiastically and thoughtfully.

Trước khi checkin có gọi điện lễ tân hỏi có xuất hoá đơn không thì báo có. Xong checkout lễ tân xin thông tin xuất hoá đơn bên mình bảo là mấy ngày nữa sẽ xuất về email. Đợi mấy tuần sau không thấy hoá đơn mình gọi lại thì lại báo là không xuất. Rất tệ

Nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ thân thiện. Phòng tách biệt nên không bị ồn ào. Khách sạn nên cải thiện các vấn đề sau, sàn wc bị trũng ngay giữa phòng nên nước đọng vũng to, gây trơn trượt và khó chịu. Đèn phòng màu vàng quá tối, nên gắn thêm đèn trắng để tiện cho khách lựa chọn. Còn các dịch vụ khác đều tuyệt vời.

1.Thái độ nhân viên Phục vụ: không nhiệt tình, thờ ơ không muốn Phục vụ. 2. Phòng ở: quá củ, máy nước nóng lạnh chỉ để chưng không hoạt động, những móc treo quần áo trong toilet gãy gọng, hệ thống hút mùi hoạt động ì ạch gần như không có tác dụng, máy lạnh kêu như tiếng máy cày. 3. ăn sáng: tệ, giờ phục vụ ăn sáng kết thúc lúc 8g30 sáng! Thức ăn đơn điệu, khay đựng đĩa chén rất bầy hày, cafe sáng không phục vụ muỗng nhỏ để khoáy sử dụng những que tre! 3. Giá phòng: với cái giá hơn 2tr/ đêm mà từ phòng ở đến cách phục vụ cũng như facitilies trong phòng không xứng đáng là resort 4 sao! Resort nên renovation hoặc nên đóng lại những phòng không đạt chuẩn. Hi vọng resort sẽ ngày càng cải thiện tốt hơn để mình có thể tự tin giới thiệu bạn bè và gia đình quay lại Điểm tốt của resort là nơi đón bình minh rất đẹp.
