The family here has incredible English. Bóng is an English teacher and everyone is proficient in communication. They have a great facility, in a great neighborhood, quiet surroundings, affordable pricing, clean and safe. This has been a genuine highlight for my Hoi A trip.

We had an amazing stay at this place. Is a 15 minute walk from the town center and 40 min. Wall to the beach They also offer bicycles and scooters for rent and laundry service for a reasonable price and the family at the guesthouse made us feel at home, really the nicest people.

The staff is family base and ever so helpful. English was limited but we understood. It is .8 miles from old town. Thourghlybenjoyed this place

My family was staying for 2 nights at PaPa Villa. The facility was good and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Even though it 's a bit of a walk to the Hoi An Old Town, it 's still pleasant and close to many food places.
