Contacted the hotel before the date of arrival and it was not possible to do a quick test because the medical facilities in the accommodation area have stopped working. Hotel staff said that up to the hotel can test for 100k / person. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff asked me to go to the medical center of Ward 2 for a quick test and the ward medical team said that it had issued an official letter from November 22, that the hotel side did the test. Back at the hotel, the staff continued to ask to test another place and would call other facilities and promise to solve it, but not... nearly an hour for the customer to sit outside in the cold and still did not solve it. , even though the customer sat in despair and worried about a place to sleep in the middle of Dalat weather :), if he was afraid that he would get infected, he would still stand in the counter and sit in a chair a few meters away, but not too close. blocking tables and chairs and the service attitude is really very very bad. 26 years of life, the first time I met such a dissatisfied case p/s: it is worth mentioning here that 1 phone call to the hotel is 1 time receiving different information, there is no consensus. between exchanges.
