Khách sạn khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, cô chú chủ rất vui vẻ dễ thương, gia đình mình ở tầng 3 phòng giống hình, xe ô tô được đậu trong sân trường mầm non nên vào đó chơi luôn :> đi chơi thì đi xe cho nhanh và khoẻ

Every time I stay at a hotel, I think I'm going home, friends 😁 Thanks for the enthusiasm of Mr. Tony, and especially Ms. Phuong, a great experience. This is probably not a trip, but a person. I visit my family. Thanks for everything and see you again Qlofts, love u all ❤️❤️

Clean, airy, close to Owner's market and friendly and hospitable staff Special check-in time is very comfortable (convenient for guests to stay) Score 10 for this place! Worth a place to stay when coming to Dalat.

Room 2 people but there are 2 beds the hotel owner is very enthusiastic but is renovating the house so it is a bit noisy

The bed sheet had burnt iron on it, when I checked out, the staff intended to blame me. The room saw cockroaches crawling on the bed sheet.

Sorry bro, the room has cockroaches crawling on the bed, so why don't I ask to change the room or change it to a new one. I booked a double 1 room and received a triple two bed and checked in three or four hours early at no extra charge, why didn't I see a mention.
Both he and the staff came to verify, because they could not prove why the bed was so. Employees also do not make it difficult for their family. But I don't intend to blame like your comment.

I don't know if it was due to many guests but the service staff was too poor. The room is not air-conditioned so please use a fan to ventilate the room The staff hummed and couldn't see it. Do I have to go get it yourself, when I got it, I asked my sister what did she get the fan for ?. Not sure what to say.
