I booked 2 rooms for 5 people including 1 triple room for 1 million. The hotel contacted the website to report that there was an unexpected change, so I suggested that I replace it with a deluxe room with a bathtub and add an extra bed and I also very happily agreed. However, breakfast does not serve buffet and at least basic drinks such as orange juice or coffee for the reason that they are only served on weekends when crowded. The water counter has only 1 bottle of filtered water and the food only has 1 dish as shown in the picture. When I complained to the staff they then brought each person a bottle of mineral water. Extremely contradictory because if they only have few guests they can't serve the buffet, why did they have to change my room? When I arrived to check in it was more than 13:00, but the hotel still did not prepare an extra bed for my room. The hotel's condition is new and clean, the staff is also quite good but not very enthusiastic. However, I still feel disadvantaged with the above experience

I had a great experience staying at Rubens Boutipue Hotel. The hotel is very neat and clean. I like the bathroom the most... the design is extremely beautiful and eye-catching. I give it 10 points, but hey. The bedding, pillows, and mattresses are extremely fragrant. Next time I return, I will bring my parents and will definitely choose Rubens Boutique Hotel to stay here.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, fragrant, enthusiastic staff, delicious breakfast, 2 nights stay and staff came to clean the room. The hotel allows you to choose the scent of shower gel and shampoo. When you return, you will receive a gift. There is parking for cars and motorbikes, motorbike rental, laundry service.....

- New and beautiful room, true to the illustration - Impressive hotel design - Enthusiastic staff support eating utensils when ordering dinner - delicious, full bar, cheap price - can choose the smell of milk shower, shampoo - thank you letter - convenient location in the city center - full toiletries, bathrobes - the only minus point is that my bathroom drainage is not very good

Attentive and very friendly staff. Will get to choose the scent of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. My room is located on the 7th floor. Going from the hotel to the sea is also close (when bathing, the sand has many small pieces of snail shells, so it hurts a bit). Very satisfied with my stay at Rubens 😁

New, clean and beautiful hotel, near Duong hill beach, ocean coffee & ocean kid is very suitable for families with children, lovely service staff, nice and airy room, with green tree corner.
