the actual hotel outlook totally different than whats on the net,there is bar inside the htl,girls seat infront of the htl,not reccommended for family or anyone looking for decent hotel,bfst was horrible just noodles and plain bread with watermelon,location is good,walking distance to vinmall and time square,there is better option rather than stay in this hotel

Old hotels, less clean, facilities such as facial tissue do not exist. The bathroom stinks

Room is clean, airy, suitable for price. Very close to the commercial center so shopping is very convenient. However, under the guest rooms there is a small pub so it is a bit noisy.

The hotel is centrally located. Walk to the pedestrian street, Ben Thanh Market, Saigon square and the Saigon Center. I rented a room with a double bed, priced at 600k, clean and small, soundproofing is not good. The corridor outside was quite smelly. The breakfast food is like most other guests have commented that there are few dishes and not good, temporarily eat for meals. The attitude of the staff is up to the person, depending on the person, is generally friendly.

I came to check in at 18:00, that morning I contacted the hotel that I was going to arrive at that hour, but when I came to check in, the staff reported that the double bed with the window had set up the air conditioner and arranged for me. lower room, extra small bed and no window

The hotel is so bad, rooms are like motels, wifi is poor, phone waves are always lost. 3 star hotel bath which is just like 1 star. It's too late at night and the bar is still working. Moist smell all over the room.

Hotel is clean, value for money, central location

Second time stayed at this hotel. recommended for all kind of stay. clean environment and they have a rooftop bar on the 6th floor. overall, very satisfied.

I stayed at Saga hotel in December 2017. I came at 12.00 p.m. and the room was not ready yet (check-in time is 14.00 p.m), but the receptionist was so helpful that she asked me to wait for 30 minutes while they were preparing my room. My room was on the 2nd floor. The elevator was small, with approximately 4-5 people capacity. The room was spacious, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a flat TV. Facility was complete and worked well. The hotel location is in District 1, near the Parkson and Vincom Center. You can easily walk to Notre Dame, the Post Office, or it is just about 30 minutes walk to War Museum in District 3. There are many restaurants around the hotel, including halal restaurant and a mosque for Moslem traveler.

Comfortable and value for money

Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. We booked for two single bed room and when we check in. We were given a single queen size bed room. We call reception for a change and they help us without further queries. The staff speaks understandable English. By walking , you can find few tourist attraction places nearby and factory outlets.

Very good hotel. Staff friendly, cute.
