Saigon Odyssey 1 Hotel

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They smile a lot and always willing to help. I will say that I will rate them perfect score for everything. Highly recommended.

Pros: The room was bigger than expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Noise from Bui Vien street was not audible. Very close to everything. Good food. Clean room. Cons: The night concierge couldn't understand English. Shower water heater sometimes does not work. No elevator and we were in the fourth floor.

The hotel is in a central location, convenient for travel. Check-in time is 14h, at 16h without room, waiting for 20 minutes. I have a look at the information I have set room is 25m2, but when the room is small 20m2. Breakfast is not good. Employees are fun, nothing to reflect. Door lock is not very sure and sound is not good.

Bad experiences. Photos shown were not matched with hotel. Old. Air conditioning was not cold and leaking. Asking receptionist call for Grab car. Giving thousand excuses. Lastly called for taxi. Asking agent fees. And I paid double when I go airport. Very sad and disappointed about Saigon Hotel.

Strategic location, hotel on the side of the road in the same direction as La Cafe, cleanliness is a bit lacking, amenities are provided but bottled water is not available in the room, breakfast is provided complete with fruit with several menu choices but can't guarantee to halal except breakfast bread and jam, near halal-style restaurants india and arab. the area is a lot of pubs and cafes but not too noisy. really small elevator the size of 1m x 0.5m. the receptionist can speak english, rather friendly. order 1 bed for 2 people given twin beds. Alhamdulillah, the mattress and pillows are quite soft. Near bus terminal location and many bus ticket agents for those who want to continue the journey, just walk towards pham ngu lao. If you go to Vietnam again, you may stay here.

Best locations with value price. Highly recommended! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't manage to wake up early for breakfast, so no comment on this.

The hotel has small rooms with no elevator, air conditioning is not cool. Get a clean room. Generally not good

Nice smell, clean, narrow elevator, secure passport.

Overall experience is great except that they don't have an elevator. They ask that they keep your passport when you check-in (we declined this request). They clean the rooms everytime you leave so you may want to tell them not to or make sure that all your valuables are with you when you leave.

The small room is very small, but it must be understood because it is located in the building. Seize passport Have a checkout night
